The most interesting concepts were the differentiation between mission, vision, values, goals and objective. We tend to mix them up but this course gave great insights to these topics. The actions that I will take in the future to improve myself are that I will stress more on planning which will be strategic in nature. I shall also stress on proper implementation of the strategies and evaluation of them. This course taught me how to develop skills and use them efficiently. The SLP and the simulation were very real and taught me about the technicalities that go in a company before taking decisions.
